+ What is a Healthy Pass?
Our delivery pass is a great way to save you money on delivery costs. It allows you to make monthly payment instead of paying a delivery charge. Once you have purchased your Delivery Pass you will not have to pay the delivery charge for any of your online grocery shops for the duration of the pass
+ How long does the Healthy Pass last for and how much does it cost?
We only have 1 delivery pass to help make things simple:
Monthly Weekday Pass – this is a 31 day pass which you pay £10 a month for every month
+ Are all delivery slots included with the Delivery Pass?
With our Healthy Pass you are able to select any weekday delivery slot you would like, which covers Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. Please note that our slots have limited availability and all orders are subject to availabilty.
+ How many times can I place an order with the Healthy Pass?
Simple....Unlimimted.
+ What if the Healthy Pass doesn't save me money?
We understand that your shopping habbits may change now and then, that's why if your Healthy Pass doesn't save you money we'll send you an evoucher for the difference.
+ Are there any restrictions or exclusions to using the Healthy Pass?
Yes, the following restrictions and exclusions apply:
- All orders placed using the Healthy Pass must be at least £50.
- You cannot have more than 1 active Healthy Pass in your account at one time.
- The Healthy Pass cannot be used in conjuction with any other promotional/offer/reward codes at checkout i.e Review
+ Do I need to 'do' anything to apply my Healthy Pass to my account?
No. Once you have purchased a Healthy Pass you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your subscription details and information about how to manage your settings. Customers who purchsse the Healthy Pass can view and manage their subscriptions from their Customer Account. After signing in, click My account, and then Subscriptions.
+ What can I see in my subscription panel?
All subscriptions are listed in the Subscriptions section. Customers can click on the subscription to view its details, including:
The next order date Price Subscription frequency Order history Saved billing and shipping information The number of payments left in the subscription.
To cancel the subscription, simply click Cancel Subscription. In the confirmation window, click Cancel Subscription.
To update your payment information, simply click Payment Method, and then Update Payment Method.
+ What happens after I purchase my Healthy Pass?
Great! Our sales team will send you your very own code which you'll apply at checkout- this will automatically remove any delivery charges subject to T&C's for the duration of your pass. This code can only be used with your account and billing/delivery details registered.
