+ What do the animals feed on?

Our sheep, lamb & cattle are fed grass, grass and grass all year round. All our livestock do just exactly what they want to do: grazing freely on lush open fields. That makes them happy and us too.

+ What's in your products?

100% meat/poultry/beef etc- none of our products are injected or pumped at anypoint in the food chain. We add some simple ingredients to our marinade products, such as salt & pepper, fresh herbs, spices or other basic ingredients, always of highest quality.

+ Can I put my meat in the freezer?

Yes, you can but please check on individual product pages as some products are not suitable for freezing.

+ How long can I keep it in the freezer?

We advise no more than 3 months from the point of freezing

+ Does every product have a Use-By date?

Yes, all our products have use-by dates clearly marked to help you rotate and monitor the food in your fridge.

+ How do subscriptions work?

At Healthy Halal we believe healthy living should be convenient and simple, that’s why we offer a simple subscription service to make sure you get all your essential foods, when you need them!

By choosing to have your order delivered every 2 or 4 weeks means you'll never have to worry about food shopping again. We'll simply take payment 72 hours before your next scheduled delivery.

You can change your frequency, quantity or cancel your recurring up to 72 hours before dispatch by logging into your account dashboard.

+ Do you accept returns?

We pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our products. As all are cut to order specifically for you, we cannot accept their return. If you have any further question in relation to returns please contact by email; hello@healthy-halal.co.uk

+ Products have arrived damaged...

In the rare event that items have been damaged in transit, please take photographs of the items/packaging and email them across immediately for us to investuagte. A customer support agent will be in touch as soon as possible to resolve this for you.

+ My order is missing items!

Although very rare, occasionally we may have to short orders if we have sold out of a particular product, and usually we will have already processed a refund for the items when shipping your order. In the rare instance a refund has not been issued however, please contact the team with your order number and the items missing and we will resolve it for you, either through adding the items to your next order or refunding the value of the items. Refunds normally take 3 to 5 working days to appear in your account.

+ When will I get my money back if I'm not happy with the product?

We hope that you enjoy our products. But in the unusual event that (or in case) you are unhappy with one of our products, please let us know why as soon as possible, by sending us the use-by date and the reason why you are disappointed with the product. We will then consider either giving you a refund or sending you a voucher at our discretion.

+ Where do you deliver?

All over the United Kingdom except offshore islands

+ Is there a minimum spend?

No...order what you need, when you need. There's a small delivery charge of £5.95 for orders below £50

+ How will my order arrive?

Your order will arrive in a bespoke double wall cardboard box.

Once you open your box you will find an insulated liner which covers the interior of the box. We also add frozen gel coolants- this is clever stuff, it keeps our meat very cool during trasnit.

We also add some protective packaging to ensure nothing gets damaged while it's on it's way to you.

+ Can I track my delivery?

If you place an order online, you will receive a live tracking code from our courier. The courier will keep you up to date with an estimated time or when you can expect to receive your delivery. Our customer service team will also track every parcel we send.

+ Do you have your own abottoir?

No- we work with strictly halal only abottoirs where each animal is slaughtered individually by hand by a Muslim operative. Please see our halal section for full details.

+ Is all your meat organic?

We do sell 'organically reared' chickens & lamb. All our non-organic beef and lamb is 100% grass fed and free to roam in open fields. Our non-organic poultry are raised ethically both indoors & outdoors due to nature and size of the British chicken industry. All of our meat is free from hormones & antibiotics.
