Moroccan Merguez Coming Launching Soon
Merguez is a spicy North African sausage that is popular in Morocco. They are grilled and rather easy to make from ground lamb or beef, or a mixture of the two. In Morocco, you can buy fresh merguez sausages in skinny three-inch links.
Our freshly made merguez sausage is made with grass fed lamb/beef and a Moroccan spice blend. Its tasty, spicy, earthy flavour provides a great addition to a braise. Or, try it grilled on skewers with vegetables over a bed of couscous or arugula and let it be the star of the show!
