Because our lamb mince tastes so fantastic we don't have to mess about with complicated recipes and loads of added extras to make our burgers. Our tender Halal beef speaks for itself and has enough depth of flavour to be the star of the plate, even when accompanied by punchy condiments. 

These lamb burgers have a hint of Middle-Eastern and North African flavours, with nutmeg and mint bringing the taste of the Mediterranean. Perfect with thinly sliced feta cheese and fried onions!
