A rich halal gravy made with our very own poultry & grass fed lamb stock, this is the perfect sauce to complement your Healthy Halal roast dinner this festive season. The creation of the gravy starts with a natural, skilfully timed stock reduction process, which maintains culinary integrity. After all, cooking should be about real flavours, natural aromas, and textural qualities - allowing great ingredients to speak for themselves.

Simply reheat in a pan on a low heat, additional flour can be added for desired thickness, salt & pepper to tase.

Ingredients: Chicken, Lamb, flour (wheat), water, spices, butter (milk), salt, black pepper.
