Woefully under-rated, grass fed lamb feet are an old-fashioned favourite that's prized in many cuisines around the world. They're having a slow revival in the UK, but even then they remain very much a marginal cut. Given how thrifty and versatile they are, we think they're definitely worth rediscovering! Gelatinious, our lamb feet are meatier than you might think. When slow-cooked they'll yield tender meat.

We cannot guarantee that there will be no hairs on the feet however every effort is made to remove as many hairs as possible.
