Our lamb is slow grown and grass fed and you can both see and taste how that influences the meat: it's a beautiful deep blush colour, full of character, naturally juicy and packed with that unique lamb flavour.

You don't get much more versatile than our bone and rolled butterflied leg of lamb. Our expert butchers have meticulously removed the bones, leaving the various muscles of the leg joined and with a thin layer of tender fat. It can be cooked flat on the barbecue to give it a crispy skin and pink, juicy meat. Or you can marinate before oven cooking it. Whichever preparation you choose you can be assured of classic lamby depth of flavour and, as there's no bone, it's a doddle to carve.

*Suitable for home freezing.

Preheat the oven to approximately 160-170°C and put the rolled rib in a deep pan with some oil and herbs (if required, the flavour really does speak for itself), cook for 50-80 minutes depending on if you would like your meat rare, medium or well done.
