A slow-cooking staple – flavoursome and versatile cuts of grass-fed halal beef to use all year around.
A mix of bone-in shin (osso buco), beef short ribs & boneless chucktender to give you that perfect balance of boneless & bone-in meat; perfect for stews or slow cooking.
The shin combines a number of muscle groups with the central bone, filled with marrow. Veins of marbling and the muscles' connective tissues melt away on slow cooking to bring richness and sweetness while thickening the gravy.
Left on the bone for maximum flavour, showcasing the rich quality of the rib meat of our grass fed beef, sourced exclusively from heritage breed herds, reared in the great outdoors.
Last but not least, boneless pieces of chucktender, super tender and lean!

All of our beef is hung on the bone for 28 days after slaughter. This is important for slow-cooking cuts like our grass fed diced stewing meat as it allows the meat to relax and flavour to intensify.
