How is your meat delivered? (Detailed)
So, we receive a number of enquiries from our valued customers asking how their meat will be packaged and delivered to their home? Great news! We've outlined the simple steps we take to prepare and pack your order- please see below.
1. Once your order is placed a packing slip is generated and passed onto production. Fully trained butchers will then prepare your order fresh and prepared as per your request.
2. Once packaged we chill out meat products for at least 5-6 hours at temperatures below 2 degrees celsius.
3. Our dedicated team of packers then box your order with frozen gel coolants to ensure maximum chilled temperature is retained.
4. Our boxes are collected late afternoon and sent to a central hub for sorting.
5. Your order is allocated a route and fully trackable using a bespoke SMS service.
