Raised on British farms, our lamb is reared on a grass-fed diet all year round resulting in a meat that’s leaner than grain fed lamb and packed full of body boosting protein.
Our lush lamb mince is made exclusively from the leg and shoulder, which is über-tender, and expertly prepared by our pro butchers who trim the cut of any excess fat.
Lamb is naturally higher in saturated and unsaturated fats than other red meats but it is a nutrient rich cheat meat.
